Andrea Munroe-Service, BSN, RN is a highly accomplished and compassionate healthcare professional with a distinguished career in nursing. Originally from Jamaica, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, along with an Associate of Science in Nursing and an Associate of Arts from Broward College.
With extensive clinical experience across multiple specialties—including Cardiac, Interventional Radiology, Neurological, Orthopedic, Intensive Care, Gastrointestinal, Psychiatric, and Medical-Surgical nursing—Andrea brings a depth of expertise and a standard of excellence that defines quality patient care.
As the Founder and CEO of Ahava Home Nursing Registry Inc., Andrea leads with a commitment to delivering premier, client-centered care rooted in compassion, professionalism, and integrity. Her leadership reflects both clinical excellence and a deep understanding of the needs of patients and families.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Andrea is actively engaged in community service and global outreach. She supports organizations such as the Nicaraguan Nurses Association, the Haitian American Nurses Association, and Caribbean Heart Menders, and proudly serves with the Kiwanis Club of East Miramar/Pembroke Pines.
